How Do You Get Seats in the Pool?

2.	For every 1st Level Seat you are given you can earn one 2nd Level Bonus Seat by purchasing 20.00 Credits worth of Tags during the same calendar month, before the earnings period begins.
3.	For every 2nd Level Bonus Seat you earn, you can earn one 3rd Level Bonus Seat by purchasing 100.00 Credits worth of Tags during the same calendar month, before the earnings period begins.

If there are seats remaining after July 31st, the minimum Credits requirements and Tag purchase requirements will increase each calendar month until all 1st Level Seats are filled. 

What are the Limits?

Can I Keep My Credits?

Yes! You keep the Credits you purchase. You can leave them in your account balance, use them to trade Tags, or even withdraw them back out in cash. It does not cost you a single penny to get a seat in the pool. When you purchase Credits, they are yours to keep and use as you see fit. If you sell the Tags you purchased to earn bonus seats, you keep the profits when you sell them. All in all, tagvillage will reward you with your share of 25% of our ENTIRE FIRST YEAR’S ADVERTISING PROFITS just for doing what you already do: purchasing Credits and trading Tags. 

How Much Can I Earn?

We will take 25% of our advertising profits each month and distribute them among all the seats in the profit sharing pool, based on the level of each seat, for 12 months. The earnings period will begin on the 1st day of the month following the release of our advertising platform (widgets). At first, sales will be small as we get the ball rolling. However, after an entire 12 months of marketing and selling our product, earnings are only limited to the success of our advertising sales. The 1st Level Seats will evenly share 25% of the pool. The 2nd Level Bonus Seats will evenly share 50% of the pool. The 3rd Level Bonus Seats will evenly share the remaining 25% of the pool.

Summary

From July 1st 2012 through July 31st 2012:

Founder Profit Sharing Pool Details

1. Limited Seats Available
There is a limited number of seats available in each position in this Profit Sharing Pool. We will stop awarding seats to members when the maximum number of available seats is reached in each level. There are a maximum of 5,000 seats available in the first level. There are a maximum of 5,000 seats available in the 2nd bonus level. There are a maximum of 2,500 seats available in the 3rd bonus level. 

2. 1st Level Seats Given for Credits Purchased in a Calendar Month
Each calendar month, tagvillage will award one 1st Level Seat to the members who purchase a certain amount of Credits. For July 2012, tagvillage will award one 1st Level Seat per $10 worth of Credits purchased during the calendar month, per member. The Credits purchase requirement will increase each calendar month until all 5,000 of the 1st Level Seats are filled. 

3. 2nd Level Bonus Seats Given for Tags Purchased in a Calendar Month
Each calendar month, before the earnings period begins, tagvillage will award one 2nd Level Bonus Seat per 1st Level Seat, to each member who purchases a certain value of Tags during the calendar month. For July 2012, tagvillage will award one 2nd Level Bonus seat per 20.00 Credits worth of Tags purchased during the calendar month, until all 5,000 of the 2nd Level Seats are filled. The Tags purchase requirement will increase each calendar month until all 5,000 of the 2nd Level Seats are filled, or the earnings period begins. 

4. 3rd Level Bonus Seats Given for Tags Purchased in a Calendar Month
Each calendar month, before the earnings period begins, tagvillage will award one 3rd Level Bonus Seat per 2nd Level Seat, to each member who purchases a certain value of Tags during the calendar month. For July 2012, tagvillage will award one 3rd Level Bonus seat per 100.00 Credits worth of Tags purchased during the calendar month, until all 2,500 of the 3rd Level Seats are filled. The Tags purchase requirement will increase each calendar month until all 2,500 of the 3rd Level Seats are filled, or the earnings period begins. 

5. Bonus Seat Tag Purchase Requirements Are Independent
Each purchase requirement for each bonus seat is independent of other bonus seat requirements and must be met within the same calendar month you were awarded the original seat or the lower level bonus seat. If you are given a 1st Level Seat in a calendar month and you wish to earn a 2nd Level Bonus Seat for the 1st Level Seat you were given, you must purchase the required value of Tags for the 2nd Level Bonus Seat within the same calendar month in which you were awarded the 1st Level Seat, and before the earnings period begins. If you are then awarded a 2nd Level Bonus Seat and you wish to earn a 3rd Level Bonus Seat for the 2nd Level Bonus Seat you were awarded, you must purchase the additional required value of Tags for the 3rd Level Bonus Seat within the same calendar month in which you were awarded the 2nd Level Bonus Seat, and before the earnings period begins. 

6. Bonus Seat Tag Purchase Requirements Allotted to Lower Levels First
Each Tag purchase value you accrue during a calendar month will be allotted to all available lower level bonus seats first. 

Example 1: if you purchase $30 worth of Credits in July, you will be awarded 3 of the 1st Level Seats. If you then purchased 125.00 Credits worth of Tags in July, you will be awarded 3 of the 2nd Level Bonus Seats (3 x 20.00 Credits) and will have 65.00 Credits worth of Tag purchases unrewarded. 

Example 2: if you purchase $30 worth of Credits in July, you will be awarded 3 of the 1st Level Seats. If you then purchased 175.00 Credits worth of Tags in July, you will be awarded 3 of the 2nd Level Bonus Seats (3 x 20.00 Credits), 1 of the 3rd Level Bonus Seats (1 x 100.00 Credits), and will have 15.00 Credits worth of Tag purchases unrewarded. 

7. Bonus Seat Tag Purchase Requirements Must Be Met in Same Calendar Month
2nd Level Bonus Seat(s) may only be earned in the same calendar month in which the 1st Level Seat(s) were awarded. 3rd Level Bonus Seat(s) may only be earned in the same calendar month in which the 2nd Level Bonus Seat(s) were awarded. 

8. All Tag Purchases Count toward Bonus Seat Requirements
Every time you purchase a Tag, even if you are re-purchasing a Tag you sold, it counts toward your bonus requirements. If you purchase a Tag, sell the Tag, and then purchase the Tag back again, each of the two purchases will count toward your required values. 

9. Credits Purchase Requirements Will Increase
Every month, the required amount of Credits you must purchase to be awarded a 1st Level Seat will increase. We will announce the required amount on this page on the 1st day of each month as long as there are 1st Level Seats remaining to be filled. 

10. Tag Purchase Value Requirements Will Increase
Every month, the required value of Tag purchases to be awarded 2nd Level Bonus Seats and 3rd Level Bonus Seats will increase. We will announce the required value of Tag purchases on the 1st day of each month as long as there are bonus seats remaining to be filled and the earnings period has not yet begun. 

11. Beginning of Earnings Period
The Earnings Period will begin on the 1st day of the month following the month in which our advertising platform widgets begin to earn advertising sales revenue. We plan for our advertising platform to begin earning advertising sales revenue in September 2012, and therefore we plan for the Earnings Period to begin on October 1, 2012. However, these dates may change per the actual release of our advertising platform widgets and the actual earnings of advertising sales revenue. 

12. Duration of Earnings Period
The Earnings Period will last for 12 calendar months after the date the Earnings Period Begins. 

13. Profit Pool Monthly Value
Each month, upon commencement of the Earnings Period, tagvillage will deposit 25% of tagvillage’s Advertising Sales Profits into the Profit Pool. The amount shall equal exactly 25% of the profits earned by tagvillage, inc. from advertising sales during the same calendar month. 

14. Profit Pool Monthly Distribution
Upon the 1st day of the month following a month in which a deposit was made into the Profit Pool, tagvillage will divide the sum of the deposit into 3 separate pools, called the 1st Level Pool, the 2nd Level Pool, and the 3rd Level Pool. The 1st Level Pool shall be equal to 25% of the sum deposited into the entire Profit Pool. The 2nd Level Pool shall be 50% of the sum deposited into the entire Profit Pool. The 3rd Level Pool shall be 25% of the sum deposited into the entire Profit Pool. The 1st Level Pool will be divided by the total number of 1st Level Seats occupied by members in the Profit Pool to determine the per-seat value of the 1st Level Pool. The 2nd Level Pool will be divided by the total number of 2nd Level Bonus Seats occupied by members in the Profit Pool to determine the per-seat value of the 2nd Level Pool. The 3rd Level Pool will be divided by the total number of 3rd Level Bonus Seats occupied by members in the Profit Pool to determine the per-seat value of the 3rd Level Pool. Once the per-seat value is determined for each pool, tagvillage will then distribute these values to the owners of each seat, respectively, and will deposit the value into their account in the form of Credits. 

15. Earnings Period Expiration
The Earnings Period will expire exactly 12 calendar months after the date the Earnings Period commences. 

16. Profit Pool Monthly Distribution Expiration
The monthly distribution of funds deposited into the Profit Pool will expire on the 1st day of the calendar month following the expiration of the Earnings Period. 

17. 1st Level Seats Awarded Until All Are Filled
tagvillage will continue to award 1st Level Seats until all 5,000 positions are filled. If any 1st Level Seats are awarded after the Earnings Period begins, these seats will be ineligible to earn 2nd Level Bonus Seats or 3rd Level Bonus Seats. If a member is awarded a 1st Level Bonus Seat after the Earnings Period has begun, they shall only receive Profit Pool Monthly Distributions for the remaining calendar months within the Earnings Period. 1st Level Bonus Seats awarded after the Earnings Period begins may not receive an entire 12 month distribution of profit shares. 

18. Right to Modify Terms and Conditions of this Founders Profit Sharing Pool
tagvillage, inc. reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of this promotion called the Founders Profit Sharing Pool at anytime, for any reason, without prior notice to the members. so
